Free Kegel and pelvic floor exercise app
Care for common women's health concerns
with a few minutes of Kegels a day
A Kegel is a squeeze and release of the muscles at the very bottom of your pelvis that hold up your bladder and uterus, your pelvic floor. Plenty of common concerns come back to these muscles, from leaking a little when you cough or sneeze to feeling looser after having a baby. For those leaks, clinical guidelines recommend trying pelvic floor training first, before medication or surgery. With Femcore AI you just follow the numbers on the screen, so you can start right away, for free.

So what are Kegels, exactly?
Kegels, pelvic floor exercises, pelvic floor muscle training: different names, same thing. You squeeze the muscles at the very bottom of your pelvis, hold, and let go. These muscles hold up your bladder and uterus, and they tend to weaken after childbirth and with age. For stress urinary incontinence, the UK's NICE guideline recommends at least three months of supervised pelvic floor training as the first treatment[NICE]. Results vary from person to person.
What the app does

Just squeeze when the screen says so
The screen shows "squeeze" and "relax" with a count, and you follow along. A diagram shows exactly which muscles to use. On the train, you can switch to a screen that looks like a plain breathing timer.

After a baby is different from menopause
It starts by asking where you are, say pregnant or three months postpartum, and builds a 12-week plan from that. The first week is gentle, and the reps go up little by little.

Ask the AI what you'd rather not ask out loud
"Am I doing this right?" "When can I start after giving birth?" You can ask things like that inside the app. Some questions are just easier to type than to say.

Snap your meals, see your iron
Send a photo of what you ate and it shows roughly how much iron, folate and calcium you got, next to the recommended daily amounts.

Questions
Is it free?
Yes. Training, the plan, questions to the AI and meal logging are all free. In return, the app shows ads. AI questions and meal photo analysis have a daily limit.
Can I use it while pregnant?
Yes. Choose "pregnant" at the start and you'll get a gentler plan. If you notice cramping, bleeding or pain, stop and talk to your doctor or midwife.
When can I start after giving birth?
It depends on how you gave birth and how you're recovering, so check with your doctor or midwife first, for example at your postnatal check. The app starts you off gently.
Does my data leave my phone?
Your training and meal records and your life stage are stored on your phone and are never sent to advertisers. Messages to the AI and meal photos pass through our server to the AI only to create a reply or an analysis.
Can it replace seeing a doctor?
No. Femcore AI is not a medical device and can't diagnose or treat anything. If leaks or pain keep happening, see a gynecologist or urologist.
